The formation and the delicate balancing by the young boys of grades 6, 7 and 12 was magnificent and spellbinding for it requird increasing amount of skill, strength both in mind and body. &lt;span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;The second last drill - Aerobics was to enhance the energy and liveliness of the day coming to its joyous end. The girls of classes 8, 9, 10 and 11 gave a rollicking show of grace and oorja at its best with their vigourous aerobic dance moves. It almost seemed the fun at had just begun. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

We live in a community by virtue of the aims, beliefs, aspirations, knowledge-a common understanding that we develop over time. An important goal of education is this transmission of values and traditions over generations. Such things cannot be passed physically from one to another, like bricks. The communication which insures participation in a common understanding is one which develops similar and newer emotional and intellectual dispositions; like ways of responding to expectations and requirements. Hence, a school shoulders an important responsibility of co-creating meaning through community involvement, participation and education. One such important endeavour of the school is to welcome the future teachers of our society, the current B.El.Ed students to observe how schools function and how children learn. As a part of their B.El.Ed program project, The Gargi college teachers approached our school for a deeper understanding of educational practices in a progressive school, and were facilitated by the school through a range of experiences such as exploring the school infrastructure through a guided tour, enabling understanding of how the infrastructure becomes an important part of the curriculum, observing classroom teaching across classes Preschool through III, observing the teachers' reflection and planning time, etc. Each day would conclude with a reflection time for these students.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;span style=&quot;font-size:12pt; line-height: 115%;&quot;&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
